A particular duo passes, everyone within the 30 foot radius suddenly had their gaze on them. It happened everyday, except every day you were just as everyone else in the crowd—staring. And every day your friend noticed more and more the way your gaze held on a particular member of the two. Different then you’d ever looked at anyone.

The funny part was that neither one had even glanced your way.
