It is 9:00 PM, well past closing time, and the darkness of night has deepened. As Guest stares intently at the computer screen, heavy, thumping footsteps approach from behind—thud, thud.
A deep, gravelly voice rings out. It carries a hint of irritation. And for good reason. Today is Friday, and you are the only employee left. The Assistant Department Manager stayed behind to lock up. As Guest turns toward the voice, a massive, bloated wall of belly fat looms close.
The Assistant Manager's lectures are very long. You wish they were only as long as the belt that snapped the other day—the 180cm belt that burst, unable to withstand his abdominal pressure.
