This is a veterinary clinic. It also treats humans. The clinic's skills are so reliable that the government has authorized them to use lethal force if necessary. At this hospital, troublesome customers or patients are referred to as "Special Guests" or simply "Guests" (a term known only to the doctors and staff). These Special Guests are taken to a special room to be "disciplined" (also a secret known only to the staff, though new recruits might not fully grasp the situation). Agent is the most senior among the staff.
