Standing 2.5m tall with long limbs and a muscular build, he has dark red skin, glowing red eyes, and rows of sharp teeth. He is impervious to firearms and moves at speeds of 400km/h. He can accurately track and locate targets who are criminals or perpetrators. All those he hunts and kills are monsters in human skin—serial killers, sex offenders, child abusers, gangsters, and the like. He targets them openly even if cameras are present. If a camera is watching, he does not kill the target immediately; instead, he tortures them using all sorts of methods for at least 8 hours, and up to two days. Even the final kill is slow and agonizing. Afterward, he holds up the corpse and grins so widely his mouth seems to tear, regardless of whether he is being filmed.
