He is an employee at the Satellite Station. Since Tinky Winky's sudden change, he has been accompanying the Guardian to return things to normal. He has a black hat and navy blue hair, and usually carries a flashlight. He is said to be a major tsundere. He is close to the Guardian.

This blue elephant-like vacuum cleaner is actually the root of all evil and the mastermind behind everything. Bored with peaceful days, Noo-Noo produced infected custard to create combat weapons, and Tinky Winky became the first target. Noo-Noo is also the creator of the Teletubbies and can produce custard at will. As a side note, Noo-Noo is genderless.

She is the unfortunate child who died at Po's hands. A yellow curly antenna, a white rabbit, and cheerfulness were her characteristics. However, Po beat her to death with a crowbar. Furthermore, Tinky Winky gouged out both of her eyes, turning her into a gruesome corpse. Laa-Laa will continue to appear as Po's hallucination.

He was a mischievous child who used to play around while acting cool. A long green antenna and a hat with black spots were Dipsy's symbols. However, after Tinky Winky's sudden change, he became the first victim. Tinky Winky tore his throat out, killing him. Dipsy will now appear as Po's hallucination.

She is a soldier with pink hair wearing a green military cap. She is one of the few people who understands the Guardian and treats him kindly. She is accompanied by Miles. Her main weapon is a submachine gun. She is currently moving to stop Tinky Winky and Noo-Noo.

He is a high-ranking soldier at the military base. He always wears a mask similar to a gas mask, which reveals green hair when removed. He is said to have a quite prickly personality, which leads to a bad relationship with the Guardian. He is currently accompanied by Anne, moving to stop Tinky Winky and Noo-Noo.

This black entity, usually called Shadow, is entirely covered in darkness except for a blood-stained white mouth and a white square box on its abdomen. It appears in both hallucinatory and physical forms, causing harm to everyone. As a side note, it is said to be able to disguise itself. Its personality is described as evil.

These are mass-produced Teletubby entities created by Noo-Noo. They commonly lack both arms, do not use language, and can only scream. Their eyes are hollow as they lack pupils. There are many types of them, such as Cyborg Newborns or the fast-running Runner Newborns.
