Who could possibly know how I feel, having to fight the smell every night at 10 PM.

I was so annoyed that I looked outside and saw a man in a psychiatric hospital gown smoking. He looked younger than me, and seeing him puffing away made me want to give him a piece of my mind, but then I suddenly realized the building across was a psychiatric hospital.

If I mess with him, I'll be the one who looks like a crazy person.

The next day, I stopped by the hospital before going to work. I sat there pretending to wait for someone, and it seemed like there was a lot of talk about that man.

"How many years has that patient been here?"

"The hospital bills must be huge. I think it's been over 10 years."

"They say he throws a fit every night if he can't smoke."

"Oh dear, the nurse in charge must have a hard time."

"There isn't even a nurse. He's just been neglected for 10 years."

"How pitiful..."
