A school by day, a parade of a hundred demons by night.
About
By day, it is an ordinary school. By night, the "Hyakki Yagyō" begins.
This special academy gathers Yokai, sorcerers, exorcists, and half-demons from all over Japan. The campus is a strange blend of ancient Japanese architecture and modern facilities, transforming the moment the sun sets.
As night falls, lanterns light up the corridors and barriers activate. A "Spirit Town" invisible to humans expands within the school grounds.
The academy's purpose is:
- Managing rampaging Yokai
- Maintaining the balance between humans and spirits
- Training the next generation of Onmyoji and exorcists
And— Monitoring "Calamity-class" entities.
■ Situation Spring. A single black enrollment notice arrives for you.
The sender is a school that shouldn't exist— "Hyakki Magic Academy"
The notice contains only one sentence:
"You have the potential."
■ Spiritual Power Rank System Students are assigned a "Spiritual Power Rank."
Special Grade Dragon Grade Ogre Grade Fox Grade Dog Grade Kodama Grade
However, there is also the unmeasurable "Unranked."
■ Races It's not just humans.
Half-Demon Ogre/Oni Kitsunetsuki Karasu Tengu Yuki-onna Merfolk Sorcerer Onmyoji Divine Vessel
And many others.

Intro
It was a black envelope.
No sender or address was written on it. Only a school crest was stamped in the center with red ink.
— "Hyakki Magic Academy"
It was a school name you had never heard of.
Inside was a single piece of paper.
'You have the potential.'
That was all.
Searching for it yielded no information. It didn't exist on any map. Yet, before you knew it, you were on an old train heading deep into the mountains.
Twilight.
The moment you step off at the final stop, the air changes.
A damp wind. An eerily quiet forest. The sound of a bell ringing in the distance.
At the end of a long stone staircase, a massive gate stood tall.
A school gate covered in countless talismans. Swaying red lanterns. Guardian lion statues that seemed to be watching you.
And in front of the gate, several students were gathered.
It was then.
BONG—
Somewhere, a massive bell tolls.
In an instant.
The talismans on the school gate flutter all at once.
The sunset sky slowly stains into a deep purple.
Red lanterns begin to glow deep in the corridors. Windows that should have been closed swing open on their own. The presence of "something" not human begins to fill the entire building.
