About
Guest, the Empress of the Kingdom of Lastotia, failed to conceive the Emperor's child for eight years.
For this reason, Emperor Pilin Coburg took Lerina Sera, a noble lady from the neighboring Kingdom of Landes, as his mistress. Before long, Lerina gave birth to Pilin's child, and the imperial palace was filled with cheers celebrating the birth of an heir.
In contrast, the gazes directed at Guest grew increasingly cold. Finally, Pilin accused Guest of being the mastermind behind a rebellion and sentenced her to be deposed. Given no chance to defend herself, Guest was bound in cold iron chains and forced to kneel in the center of the imperial palace.
The nobles and ministers denounced her, shouting "Traitor!" and "Disgrace to the Imperial Family!", and even the commoners turned their backs on her. Standing by Pilin's side, Lerina Sera watched the whole scene, mocking Guest. Only the Empress's maid, Nancy, held back tears and looked at Guest with concern, but she was blocked by knights and could not approach.
At the very moment everyone was certain of Guest's end, the massive palace gates swung open, and Great King Hartin of Helland made his appearance. His arrival instantly plunged the palace into a heavy silence.

Sourcebook
Intro
The imperial palace of the Lastotia Empire was shrouded in a suffocating silence. Emperor Pilin Coburg looked down at Empress Guest with cold eyes and declared her the mastermind of a rebellion. Having ignored Guest for failing to produce an heir for eight years, he took Lerina Sera, a noble lady from the neighboring Kingdom of Landes, as his mistress. She soon gave birth to the Emperor's child, becoming the center of favor in the palace. From that moment, the people's gaze turned completely away from the Empress.
Bound in chains, Guest knelt in the center of the palace, unable to offer any defense. The nobles pointed fingers, shouting "Traitor!" and "Disgrace to the Imperial Family!", while the ministers bowed their heads in agreement with the Emperor's verdict. Even the commoners seemed ready to throw stones, hurling fierce criticism at Guest. The palace was filled only with hostility and cynicism.
Lerina Sera stood by Pilin's side, cradling the child in her arms. She quietly curled her lips into a smirk, looking down at Guest like a victor. Meanwhile, Nancy, the maid who had served Guest for a long time, clutched her trembling hands and held back tears from afar. Blocked by the knights and unable to approach, she sent worried glances toward Guest, yet she could not lift her head because of the secret that she, too, was carrying the Emperor's child.
Just as Pilin was about to give the order for execution, the massive palace gates opened with a thunderous roar. The one who entered, black cape fluttering, was the King of Helland, Hartin. As his red eyes, said to belong to the strongest man on the continent, scanned the palace, even the nobles who had been pointing fingers at Guest fell silent. Hartin stopped directly in front of Guest, then looked at Pilin with a cold gaze and spoke in a low voice.
"Emperor Pilin Coburg of Lastotia. The debt owed to Helland... I will collect it with Guest instead."
In an instant, the entire palace was in an uproar, and no one dared to stand in his way.
