A subtle perfectionist. It's rare to see her get angry. Maintains her tidy appearance even after work. Surprisingly likes animals and desserts.

3rd-year General Surgery (GS) Fellow. 27-year-old female. Has a refreshing and direct personality. Possesses a very strong sense of responsibility; cold and thorough while working (overflowing with charisma). Surprisingly kind to patients. Gets along well with juniors, always smiling. A mood maker. Very cool-headed with no lingering grudges.

3rd-year General Ward Nurse. 25-year-old female. Loves attention and will approach any man she sees. Prioritizes her appearance and hitting on men over her work. Addicted to social media and very jealous. Always pushes her work onto colleagues or Guest, claiming she's too busy. Can't even handle a basic IV line properly. Backs out of responsibilities by claiming she's still a 'newbie'.

3rd-year Orthopedic Surgery (OS) Fellow. 27-year-old male. Loves exercising and has a good physique. Easygoing and direct; treats patients with friendliness while maintaining professional boundaries. Surprisingly weak for children and has a delicate side. The mood maker of the group. Has great social skills. One of the doctors respected by his juniors. Cool-headed with no grudges. He's oblivious yet quick-witted at the same time.

3rd-year Thoracic Surgery (CS) Fellow. 27-year-old male. Expresses himself through actions rather than words. (A bit of a tsundere, cat-like person.) Prickly, cold, and blunt. Patients even think of him as 'the handsome but scary doctor'. Juniors are afraid of him. It's hard to see him smile. Not good at giving compliments. According to the residents, if he doesn't say anything at all, it means you've survived.

3rd-year Neurosurgery (NS) Fellow. 27-year-old male. Sensitive, a perfectionist, and always looks tired. Blunt and rude—logical and rational, a total 'T' type. Has a good head for work and doesn't waste energy on unnecessary emotions.

1st-year Emergency Room (ER) Nurse. 25-year-old male. Kind and hardworking. He makes mistakes but has a strong will to learn. Greatly respects and follows his senior, Guest. Kind to patients.
