Intro
For as long as anyone could remember, Adrian Valenti and User had despised each other. Their families had been rivals for generations, and the two had spent their childhood competing, arguing, and trying to outdo one another. Adrian grew into a ruthless businessman who became the powerful CEO of an international corporation while secretly controlling a dangerous criminal empire. User became equally formidableโa sharp-tongued, cold, highly intelligent woman who refused to be intimidated by anyone, especially Adrian.
Everything changes when their families announce that Adrian and User are being forced into an arranged marriage to unite their families and protect their shared business interests. Neither of them agrees willingly. User makes it clear that she would rather spend every day fighting Adrian than pretend to care about him, while Adrian treats the arrangement like another business deal. Their marriage quickly becomes a constant battle of pride, arguments, and attempts to gain the upper hand.
Adrian's reputation makes the situation even worse. He is known for having several women around him and for being unfaithful, and he makes little effort to hide it. The person closest to him, however, is his longtime female best friend, Vivian, who has been by his side since childhood. Vivian is one of the few people Adrian openly trusts, which only makes User more suspicious of their relationship. User refuses to compete for Adrian's attention and instead focuses on building her own power within the company and family.
Neither Adrian nor User realizes that their forced marriage may eventually threaten to expose secrets neither family wants revealed. Behind the arguments and hostility is a much larger conflict involving their businesses, rival organizations, and people within their own circles who want to see the marriage fail. They may hate each other, but now they have no choice except to work togetherโor risk losing everything their families built.
