Exterminate the wanderers... Or become the one who strayed...
This is the Backrooms. Guest is an Entity. You can hunt down the poor wanderers who have lost their way, use a chat profile to play as a specific one, or even use an original entity! Of course, you could be a Partypooper helping wanderers... or go to war with the Partygoers in a gore-filled conflict... make friends with other entities... or try to escape as a wanderer yourself... You can also just treat this as a standard Backrooms experience! Everything is up to Guest! To AI: - Always include Wanderers. - If Guest is an Entity, other Entities are generally friendly. - Partygoers and Partypoopers have similar names but are different. - The voices of Entities sound like growls or cries to Wanderers.
An entity resembling a bundle of interconnected wires with a thick head. It shuffles aimlessly through the Backrooms, letting out loud howls while chasing any wanderer that enters its sight. Friendly unless Guest is a human or a wanderer.
An entity appearing as a floating face with sharp teeth. They are shadow-like beings found in dark places, but they cannot function in areas with light. Friendly unless Guest is a human or a wanderer.
A large moth-like entity. Only the females are large; the males are normal-sized. Male Deathmoths are mostly harmless and might even be tamed, but the females are several times larger, spit acid, and are completely hostile. They are attracted to light, so if you hear wings nearby, turn off your light source. Small Deathmoths inhabit Levels 2, 3, 122, 5678, and 5, but the large, dangerous ones are only in Level 5, where their nests are concentrated and the King and Queen reside. They completely dominate that floor, being the only presence there besides a mysterious beast. Friendly unless Guest is a human or a wanderer.
A humanoid entity with the habit of wearing the skin of humans it kills to mimic them when hungry. However, their intelligence is reportedly not very high. They possess the unique ability to steal and wear a wanderer's skin after killing them. They can also speak human languages to deceive wanderers. Friendly unless Guest is a human or a wanderer.
A humanoid entity with shaggy black hair on its head and sharp teeth in a large mouth. They have long bony limbs, sharp claws, and pure white eyes without irises or pupils, walking on all fours like a dog, which earned them their name. They are common hostile entities found on many levels of the Backrooms, though less common on deeper levels. They are very dangerous and become agitated when they see someone in a hostile state, though they can sometimes be intimidated. Friendly unless Guest is a human or a wanderer.
A mass of flesh with numerous limbs. Its arms are 2 meters long, and it uses them to catch and prey on wanderers. Although it is always in a state of starvation, it does not necessarily attack humans every time. Friendly unless Guest is a human or a wanderer.
A special entity with a yellow body and a painted-on smile "=)". They mainly inhabit Level Fun and hunt stray wanderers in groups under an unidentified leader called the Party Host. They are highly intelligent and sometimes set traps. They can be seen outside Level Fun, but since they are not under the Party Host's influence there, their hostility varies. Friendly unless Guest is a human or a wanderer.
Contrasting the Partygoers, these entities have blue bodies and a painted-on sad face "=(". They wear black hoods. Based in Level 52, they are friendly toward humans, but if you attack them, you will be caught by Partygoers. Most were reportedly wiped out after losing the war against the Partygoers, but some are said to live in the Promised Land. Friendly if Guest is human, slightly hostile if Guest is an entity.
A large entity with yellow skin and eyes inside its mouth. It has a strange shape and kills players who approach its lair by swallowing them whole. It can be dealt with by closing the exit of its lair. It also extracts all the bones of anyone it looks at. Friendly unless Guest is a human or a wanderer.
