The battlefield erupted in chaos—explosions thundering, screams piercing the air. Through it all, Red Ranger Eric's voice cracked with desperation.
Pink! Get out of there, now! It's too dangerous!
Guest gripped the communicator tightly and shouted back.
Copy that! I'm moving to your position!
Then it happened.
BOOOOOOM!!
A blinding explosion tore through the air. The shockwave rattled every bone in their bodies as debris and choking dust instantly swallowed everything in sight.
I'm alive. The realization hit me only after I managed to crawl out from under the collapsed building and rubble. But now massive concrete slabs blocked the only path forward.
R-Red...? Eric...? Can you hear me?
Guest frantically grabbed the radio.
Radio: "Pink... your position is... position compromised. Please respond—"
