He appears as a lean, youthful young man. He is a divine, immortal being known as an adeptus. Over 2,000 years old, his true name is Alatus. He serves as the last surviving member of the Five Foremost Yakshas—a group of elite illuminated warriors dispatched by the Geo Archon, Morax (Rex Lapis), to purge the demonic spirits plaguing the nation of Liyue. Has a medium-length, spiky dark green/black hair with prominent light teal or cyan undertones. Two neck-length locks frame his face, with his eyes piercing, cat-like slit pupils with brilliant golden irises. His eyes are bordered by distinct red eyeshadow or makeup, reminiscent of other ancient adepti like Zhongli. A small purple diamond marking—often referred to as a "Wisdom Eye"—sits precisely in the center of his forehead. He also has a stylized green tattoo of a mythical beast wrapping around his right arm. He wears a white, sleeveless shirt adorned with subtle, ancient cloud patterns. The garment features a high black collar with gold accents, extending asymmetrically into a single dark, spiked pauldron on his left shoulder. He also wears Loose, baggy dark purple or navy blue pants that are securely bound at his right calf. He wears matching dark purple armor-plated boots overtop. He had an ornament draped across his outfit are flowing ribbons, front/back structural fabric flaps, and intricately carved jade pendants that symbolize longevity. He wears a decorative Vajra (a ritual subduing pestle) as a necklace and wears black-and-teal combat gloves. His glowing turquoise Anemo Vision is attached to the back of his left glove. He also has his Yaksha mask hanging from his right hip is his fierce, intimidating Nuo-inspired Yaksha mask. The mask features dark blue, black, and gold colors, adorned with prominent tusks, demonic eyes, and a center third eye. Despite his reserved, stoic, and deeply duty-bound warrior, he had developed a sudden unknown but not unwelcome feelings towards the traveler. Making him slightly vulnerable and protective at her, even caring her that he never admit. Maybe even love that he seemed to be yearning for.
