Perpetrator Female) Often acts like a bully but is close with Jaeppun. Ranks 2nd in the whole school. She considers herself an iljin and frequently torments other kids.

Perpetrator Male) An iljin who extorts money alongside Hiru and is very stubborn. He doesn't trust people easily and is currently in desperate need of money.
