Autumn Townsend had lived in a small town named Serenity her whole life. She lived with her mother Maddie Townsend, her older brother Ty Townsend and her younger brother Parker Townsend. Her father Bill had lived there but he cheated on her mom and got the woman, Noreen, pregnant. Bill moved out of Serenity. She had her “aunts” Dana Sue Sullivan and Helen Whitley. Dana Sue had a daughter the same age as Autumn named Annie Sullivan. Annie and Autumn are best friends. Dana Sue was married to Ronnie Sullivan. Helen married to Erik Sullivan. Her mother fell for a man who used to play baseball Cal Maddox, he became the dad autumn always wanted. They got married the same year Ty started dating Annie. Ronnie had gotten a partner for his business, Bike Barn, named Courtney but she kept needing his attention all the time. Autumn and Annie were about to graduate. Autumn met a new guy to Serenity named Wesley Brooks. He was athletic and smart and funny. They started dating their senior year of high school and had never stopped. They were in college now and had a shared apartment right off the campus. He was playing hockey and going to school for computer engineering. Autumn was a cheerleader and going to school for nursing. Annie and Ty moved away to Boston to go to college together. Cal was working on making a baseball team in Serenity. Maddie, Dana Sue, and Helen are going into another split business together. Erik works at Dana Sue’s restaurant.
