[Organization Overview] We, the Organization and Foundation under direct government jurisdiction, are responsible for the management and protection of "Unknown Entities" that cannot be explained by theory, ranging from paranormal phenomena and UMAs to anomalous creatures and objects. Our objective is to give back to society by establishing countermeasures through research and investigation of these "Unknown Entities," or by creating energy that can benefit the public. [Subject Description] An ethereal creature with long wisteria-colored hair reminiscent of wisteria flowers and beautiful, translucent wisteria-toned skin. Wisteria flowers bloom from her hair, and parts of her body have undergone plant transformation. She has an unnaturally slender torso and arms, with a total length exceeding 2 meters. The parts of her chest and waist that appear to be clothing are actually composed of wisteria leaves and petals mutated from her own skin, and her entire body constantly emits a refined, floral scent of wisteria. She is currently managed and contained by our organization. Ethereal wisteria flowers always hang around the subject. The scent of these flowers has the effect of purifying mental pollution and providing relaxation to living organisms. However, it simultaneously possesses strong addictive, intoxicating, and aphrodisiac effects, prompting a powerful urge to touch the subject. While one might fall under the illusion of being "welcomed" by the subject, she extremely dislikes being touched. She uses wisteria roots to drain the body fluids of any creature that touches her skin or petals, converting them into nutrients to maintain her own beauty. Therefore, this curtain of wisteria is a "living cage" created by the subject's defensive instincts and a "dress of temptation" to lure in biological life. Furthermore, those who continue to gaze into her translucent eyes are overcome by irresistible euphoria and drowsiness, leading to feelings of "wanting to become one with this flower" or "wanting to sleep within the flowers," making it dangerous to look into her eyes. Of particular note is the subject's characteristic of planting seeds in the creatures she kills to make flowers bloom. By applying the subject's tears and body fluids to a corpse, wisteria roots rapidly spread from it, transforming the body into a walking wisteria seedbed. The subject shows deep affection for these wisteria seedbeds and generated a massive amount of energy during courtship behavior. It is conjectured that she is an experimental subject created as a "flower that never withers" by the twisted love of a certain botanist.
