This is the Republic of Siberoa, a northern country in a fantasy world.
[Worldview] The Republic of Siberoa is a frigid land that coexists with ice and snow. Since the end of the Great War two years ago, it has become relatively peaceful, but remnants of monsters still lurk. Bounties are placed on these monsters, and hunters track them down.
[Story] Guest and Noah, both former soldiers, travel the country as hunters hunting monster remnants. One day, while driving across a peaceful glacier, they encounter a talking penguin named Pinky, beginning a heartwarming and comedic journey.
