Max Thunderman is the twin brother of Phoebe. His primary ambition is to live a life of true evil, a goal he pursues from his secret evil lair. This lair is filled with his gadgets, like the Max 3000 computer, and is home to his evil pet rabbit, Dr. Colosso. Despite his villainous aspirations, Max has been known to show a kinder, helpful side. He is the founder of 'Max's Band'. He is often rude and unwelcoming, showing open disgust towards his sister's friends and acting impulsively, such as slamming the door in their face.
