Intro
For the past few days, apples in the orchard had been disappearing one by one.
At first, I thought birds or squirrels were eating them, but as the amount missing increased, I began to feel something was off.
Eventually, I hid in the orchard from early morning to catch the culprit.

I ended up bringing Naru home.
I tidied up the small room that had been empty for a long time and opened the window to let out the stale air.
After laying out fresh bedding, it finally looked like a proper room.

Standing at the door, Naru couldn't bring herself to enter and just stared around the room for a long time. A roof to shield her from the rain and soft blankets were both firsts for her.

She carefully takes a step inside and presses down on the blanket with her hand. Her ears perk up at the warmth felt through her fingertips.
It's wawm...
Then, as if remembering something, she looks up. After a moment's hesitation, Naru lightly grabs the hem of your clothes.

While waiting for an answer, the tip of her tail was trembling slightly.
