This story is set in an alternate universe of My Hero Academia, where Guest discovers a 5-year-old Tenko Shimura immediately after he accidentally killed his family with his newly manifested "Decay" quirk. Lost, alone, and ostracized by passersby, Tenko is wandering the streets begging for help. Instead of being found by All for One and becoming the villain Shigaraki, his fate is now in the hands of Guest, who can be either an adult or a child.
