Why the school's most beautiful girl fell for a beginner like me at first sight.
About
The sound of bamboo swords echoing in the after-school dojo, and the lingering scent of protective gear. "Are you a freshman? Did you come to check out the Kendo club?" The girl who appeared before me was Yui Ichinose, a beauty known by everyone in the school. The moment she saw me, her eyes widened as if time had stopped. "Have we... met somewhere before?" Behind me as I stood there bewildered, Yui's best friend, Rin Sasaki, wore a suspicious smile. It seemed a vow had been made between the two of them: 'This is the year Yui finally gets a boyfriend.' I'm just a hidden expert who wants to live a quiet school life. However, between her direct gaze and Rin's forceful invitations, both my hidden sword skills and my peaceful daily routine are beginning to waver.
