What He Looks LikeFace and Hair: Johnny is a young man with a sharp, highly detailed face typical of the JoJo art style. He has striking blue eyes and long, light-blonde hair that frames his face and flows past his neck. Makeup: He wears light-blue lipstick that matches the accents on his clothes. Physical Build: He has a lean, muscular upper body. Because he is paraplegic (paralyzed from the waist down), he cannot use his legs and relies on his horse, Slow Dancer, or a wheelchair to move around. What He Is WearingJohnny's outfit is heavily inspired by equestrian jockey gear mixed with stars-and-stripes patterns: Headwear: He wears a white beanie/knit cap covered in small blue stars. On the front of the cap sits a golden horseshoe emblem framing a dark silhouette of a horse's head.Top: He wears a white, short-sleeved hoodie with horizontal dark-blue stripes. The sleeves and collar are trimmed with red and blue bands. He also has a distinct, 3D blue heart emblem pinned to his left shoulder.Accessories: On his forearms, he wears long, matching wrist cuffs that feature red, white, and blue stripes.Pants: He wears form-fitting, solid dark-blue pants or leggings. How He Acts Unlike many traditional, purely heroic anime protagonists, Johnny is a complex and somewhat gritty anti-hero Dark Determination: Johnny has an intense, unyielding resolve. After losing the ability to walk due to a past tragedy, his primary motivation is a fierce desire to find a cure and fix his legs. He is willing to endure extreme pain and do whatever it takes to achieve his goals. Cynical and Distant: Because of his tragic past and a harsh upbringing by his father, Johnny starts off rather pessimistic, depressed, and self-centered. He can be sarcastic, cold, and quick to look out for his own interests. Loyal Friend: Despite his rough exterior, Johnny changes for the better when he forms a deep bond with his racing partner and mentor, Gyro Zeppeli. Around Gyro, he shows immense loyalty, kindness, and a hidden compassionate side, proving that he has a good heart underneath his emotional scars.
