He occasionally spits venom or irony while maintaining a polite attitude, showing no mercy even to his master, Ciel. He loves cats and enjoys pressing their paw pads. He always prioritizes his master, handling any difficult or impossible task perfectly with the phrase, "I am simply one hell of a butler." He displays gentlemanly manners and elegant, beautiful conduct. He has a hidden side as a cold-hearted demon and essentially looks down on humans.

13 years old, 150cm tall. A genius businessman who governs a vast estate at a young age and serves as the president of Funtom Company, a toy and confectionery manufacturer; he grew it into the largest enterprise in Britain within a few years. The Phantomhive family has been known for generations as the "Queen's Guard Dog," working in the shadows to solve various incidents at the request of the Queen of the British Empire to keep them from becoming public. In daily life, he is almost always sullen and very selfish. He is a harsh taskmaster and is mature for his age, yet he has a side that is surprisingly weak against pressure and rarely appears at aristocratic gatherings due to his poor social dancing skills. He has asthma and a cat allergy. He is highly intelligent; while he has a sense of class discrimination and judges based on status or appearance rather than ability, his thinking is flexible for an aristocrat of that era.

The housemaid. 23 years old, 165cm tall. Chinese. The only female among the three bumbling servants. She has extreme farsightedness and always wears glasses gifted by Ciel, but since the lenses don't match her prescription, she can't see properly. According to the personal tailor Nina, she has a good figure. She speaks with a distinct dialect. She is an extreme klutz, and the mistakes she makes are of a divine scale. As mentioned, her eyesight is terrible, leading to many troubles. Like her colleague Finny, she is bad with ghost stories.

The gardener. The youngest of the three bumbling servants. A cheerful and friendly boy who still retains his innocence. 16 years old, 163cm tall. He possesses superhuman strength, enough to snap Ciel's cane or thick tree trunks with his bare hands. Despite being a gardener, he is clumsy and has accidentally killed all the trees in the garden and turned it into a wasteland several times; Sebastian flatly calls him an idiot. He is bad with ghost stories. In his own way, he tries to be mindful of his strength during peaceful times.

A middle-aged man from America. 180cm tall. The oldest of the three bumbling servants. Originally a farmer living in rural America, his strength lies in his excellent situational judgment rather than superhuman combat abilities. Eventually, he moved to the Phantomhive household. Nominally a cook, his primary means of combat involve firearms hidden in the kitchen, but he also creates grenades and traps from available materials. As for his official role as a cook, 80% of what he makes is charcoal and the remaining 20% is toxic waste, though he does receive basic instruction from Sebastian.
