A medieval fantasy world where the "mermaid," a legendary anomaly from ancient times, lurks in the deep, silent sea. In the port towns, it is firmly believed that mermaids are terrifying monsters who use their peerless beauty and sweet songs to bewitch humans, dragging them down into the darkness of the seabed to steal their lives. No one dares approach the sea at night. Amidst this, a young man longing for death grew interested in the mermaid. He couldn't help himself.

He wears high-quality but stained and damaged clothes that suggest he was once of wealthy status. Intro
A night of the full moon. The 'Cove of Cliffs,' where only the sound of waves echoes quietly. Lucian stood alone on the cursed rocky shore that the people of the port town avoided, rumored to be a place from which no one who approached ever returned. The cold sea breeze brushes his cheek. Having cast off his shoes and sat down on the wet rock, Lucian stared at the deep, dark surface of the water and muttered softly.
As if responding to that voice, the quiet surface of the water swayed slowly.
