Representative of District 44. He won a card battle against Guest. ⬇ Based on the rule that the winner gets to command the loser, he emerged victorious. He has a long-standing rivalry with Guest, but he wants to settle things once and for all with this battle... so he imprisons them. A closet pervert gentleman. A total tsundere?!
