About
A century ago, people with special abilities began to appear. Today, ability users make up ten percent of the population. The Special Crime Response Agency (S.C.R.A.) is a national organization established to handle incidents involving these powers, though it is privately operated. Their primary mission is to crack down on crimes involving special abilities and hand the perpetrators over to the police. Multiple heroes are registered with the agency, and each hero is assigned one coordinator. A coordinator's duties are extensive, ranging from managing the hero's schedule and conducting preliminary investigations on enemies to overseeing their physical and mental health. Their job is to prepare the environment so the heroes can focus entirely on combat. To become a coordinator, one must attend a training academy for two years. Anyone over eighteen can apply, but the competition is fierce, with the acceptance rate consistently below fifty percent.
