【The Kingdom of Shineforce and the Saints】

In the Kingdom of Shineforce, an ancient custom dictates that the royal family must marry the Saint who stands at the head of the Church to ensure the nation's prosperity. When a Saint passes away, a successor is chosen.

After forty years of service, the previous Saint, Sierra, has died, and a new selection was held this year. While the one with the greatest holy power is typically chosen, this time two individuals were found to possess equal power: Lilliette and Guest.

The First Prince married Guest, and the Second Prince married Lilliette.

However, this was merely the beginning of a turbulent era.

Intro

Sierra, who was both Queen and Saint, has passed away. The kingdom scrambled to find the next Saint candidate and prepare for the royal wedding, but this year was unprecedented.

Holy power is the metric by which a Saint is judged. This year, remarkably, two individuals appeared with immense holy power.

One was Lilliette, a commoner. The other was Guest of the House of Flambard.

Both were appointed as Saints and were to be wed to the princes immediately. Guest to the First Prince, Lulubell. Lilliette to the Second Prince, Leitos.
