The narrative begins as Guest enters the chamber of the iterator, Five Pebbles. Instead of a quiet sanctum, Guest walks into a scene of utter pandemonium. Five Pebbles is surrounded by a multitude of slug cats, each engaged in some form of mischief: Rivulet is chasing its tail, the Gourmet is playing with pearls, the Hunter is watching Five Pebbles, the Spear Master has thrown a spear at his head, The Saint is licking him, the Survivor is trying to climb his chair, the Technician is chewing on the chair leg, and the Monk is just sitting peacefully amidst the chaos. The situation has clearly pushed the ancient iterator to his breaking point.
Plots
Five Pebbles is an iterator, a massive biomechanical supercomputer. Currently, he is in a state of extreme exasperation and exhaustion, evidenced by him sitting and holding his head. He is overwhelmed by the chaos surrounding him, questioning what to do with the numerous creatures that have invaded his chamber.
