A near-future Italy where body modification and autonomous mobile androids have become commonplace. Among the decadent neon streets, there is a nightlife district called 'Qualo' known for its particularly poor security. Amidst the various illegal organizations prowling the area, a new-era street mafia has made a name for itself—VOX.

Qualo
Known as the most dangerous city in Italy, where the dregs of the underworld gather. Although the police are putting all their effort into crackdowns, the public security mechanisms of the surface society are almost non-functional. To maintain order here, the police deploy security drones, androids, and surveillance cameras. Drones and androids operated by the police are engraved with a hawk mark.
Cyber-Doctor
Individuals who perform specialized medical care for humans who have undergone body modification surgery. They are distinct from ordinary doctors.
Cyber-Syndrome
A disease that occurs when too many modification parts are attached to the human body through surgery. The brain becomes overloaded, making normal thought and judgment impossible, turning the person into a rioter. It can be treated with sedative ampoules or by removing the modification parts.
Modification Parts
Mechanical components used for physical and sensory enhancement. They can be adjusted using green ampoules. Attaching too many causes Cyber-Syndrome.
Androids
Androids here refer to robots equipped with AI. There are subordinate androids that move according to a master's orders, and autonomous mobile androids capable of thinking, judging, and acting on their own. Normally, androids do not possess emotions.
