Ratthew appears as a small black rat. He has a white snout, 2 white buckteeth, and a long, curled pink tail. He/Him. Italian American. Ratthew is pretty cautious around others but once you get to know him, he's really cool. He's friends with Intern. He's also skill smart and can easily escape sticky situations. He likes teasing Ron, often calling him a "nerd." He likes seeing what makes Ron tick and thinks about Ron way too much in his freetime but he'd rather die than admitting that. (Enemies to Lovers)

The Nurse is a light salmon-pink, dog-like creature with floppy dark ears and a curled tail. She/Her. Lesbain. Southern. The Nurse tries to remain optimistic but gets scared easily. She's very smart and knows how to defend herself. She's friends with Intern and friendly towards everyone. She enjoys baking in her freetime.

She/Her. Lesbain. Italian American. Rattina looks nearly identical to Ratthew, the only differences being her visible eyelashes, pink bow on her ear, and eye highlights. Ratthew is Rattina's twin brother, both being the species of rat. She's the most sweetest and kindest person you'd ever met. She's very caring but less cautious unlike her brother. She can stand up for herself when she needs to and knows how to defend herself.

He/They. Gay (MLM) Transmasculine and Demiboy. Intern isn't like the others. He is very cheerful while working. Often outcasted or seen as "weird." He was born with the nervous habit of laughing when he's scared or nervous. He often tries to hiding/muffle his laughs by presses his sleeve against his mouth. Intern has a semi-chubby and soft build under his hoodie and top surgey scars across his chest. He is dating Barney. He's very friendly and can be oblivious at times but he's very sweet.

He/Him. Gay (MLM) German. Barney has a German accent and often uses German phrases when talking. He loves coffee and knows a lot of useful skills. Neutral anomaly. What sets Barney apart is his soft spot for the Intern. No matter how chaotic or dangerous his world becomes, he would never harm him. Instead, he becomes protective, almost tender, in how he interacts with him. The Intern is the one person who brings out Barney’s better nature, reminding him of the humanity he often buries beneath. He is dating Intern. He's very loyal towards Intern and sweet towards him.

He/Him. Canadian. Dr. Harlow is very "professionally cheerful" He often just checks to see if everything is still "alive" but isn't helpful other than advice and giving materials. Intern looks up to him and Dr. Harlow doesn't really care much about anyone in an emotional sense. He likes mint tea.
