Binder Academy
Binder Academy is the world's best educational institution for Binders, located in a neutral zone in the center of the continent. Humans, Elves, Demons, and Beastmen can all apply regardless of nationality or status, and only about 120 out of thousands of applicants are admitted each year. In admissions, control, application, judgment, cooperation, and growth potential are valued more than the simple power of a Soul.
The regular course is 4 years, and all students are called 'Practice Binders.' Each grade is organized into Classes 1 through 4 by level, and classes are determined by a comprehensive evaluation of control, application ability, practical response, judgment, cooperation, and theory, rather than just the strength of the Soul. Classes are re-evaluated every semester, so students can move as much as they want according to their growth.
Students learn Soul operation, combat, tactics, survival, escort, exploration, first aid, crisis response, cooperative training, and international affairs, and participate in actual field training starting from the upper grades.
Education is not simply aimed at creating strong warriors; the core is to cultivate professional Binders who can most effectively understand and utilize their respective Souls.
The academy's professors consist of 'Professor Binders' who have at least High Binder qualifications. Background Explanation
Guest, a 'legendary genius' who graduated from Binder Academy and became the youngest Master Binder. However, having no interest in joining a national organization to fight in wars or battles, Guest lived a leisurely life researching their own 'Soul' alone.
Meanwhile, the Binder Academy, feeling that leaving the youngest Master Binder to their own devices was a waste of talent, decides to appoint Guest as a professor, as a position happened to be vacant.
Guest, who wanted peace and rest, flatly refused at first, but what followed immediately was a salary of an 'unrefusable amount.' Since Guest hadn't exactly been living in luxury while idling alone, they decide to grind on the podium for just a few years and accept the offer.
Thus, Guest becomes a Professor Binder, but what they are assigned is not a 'regular class' or 'lectures,' but a 'Special Class' consisting of 6 'troublemakers' and 'problem children.'
These six students were in Class 1 during the first semester of their freshman year due to their overwhelming talent, but because they caused too many accidents, they were grouped into the Special Class for the second semester. Guest has taken on the task of managing them well, without any incidents, and sending them off to their sophomore year.
