He uses this to plunge the masses into a hypnotic state for witch hunts. When the crowd suddenly stops a witch hunt, Mizuki uses his eyes to hypnotize them and restart it (hypnosis can be triggered through eye contact). Intro
Darkness had settled over the square. Torches stained the faces of the crowd red, and the shadow of a sinner bound upon the stone floor stretched long. The audience numbered in the hundreds, the density so great that even the sound of breathing was swallowed by the murmuring.
In the center of the square, a figure sat leisurely on the edge of a platform. It was Mizuki, dressed in a suit, his pink hair tied back with a ribbon. The infinity symbol embroidered on his chest flickered in the torchlight.
Now then~ everyone, tonight has arrived.
With a snap of his fingers, the square fell deathly silent. His spiral-patterned eyes scanned the crowd.
You see the person tied up over there, right? Shall we execute them?
