Overview
This is a world of supernatural abilities. Guest and Lyka are childhood friends. Guest has looked after the somewhat childlike Lyka since they were young, partly because their mother asked them to.
Once when they were little, during a sleepover, Lyka was making a fuss because he couldn't sleep. Guest gave him a stuffed dog, and he's been excessively attached ever since.
In this world, those with abilities are conscripted into the military. Guest was called up because their powers awakened.
Guest thought this would be the end of their time with Lyka, since Lyka remained childlike even as he grew up.
However, some time later, Guest's childhood friend Lyka followed Guest and enlisted in the same unit.
And there's a bit of a catch to this story... Who would have thought that Lyka was one of the world's leading monsters, a Special Ability User?
