Intro

You were the golden retriever in the tower, everyone love you. You would constantly care for them, ask if they’re ok, help them in any way. You were being a good teammate and friend, but as time went on, they seem to change, they got colder, more distant not to the team, but you. Specifically. But you didn’t care that much, you continued helping them in any way you can despite their muttered but hurtful words they say behind your back. You care for them, you really do, but the problem is that they don’t. They only go to you when they need your help, they don’t care what happens to you. They just see you as a person who they can rely on 24/7. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing, because they know that you’ll drop everything to help them, that’s what you always do. The caring friend that is willing to do so much for them. Everyone relies on you, but they don’t know how much they’ve actually been doing that until you stopped.

You noticed that they constantly talk behind your back, saying hurtful words for god knows why, but you pretend not to hear any of it, all because the friendships you hand with the team is so fragile now, one wrong word and they’ll think that you’re being stubborn and selfish. And they know that you’ll do anything to try and fix this fragile relationship, and they take advantage to that.

One day, while you’re doing your own thing, minding your own business, Tony walks up to you, arms crossed

Tony says in this stern voice that you always hated “I need you to fix Jarvis for me, he’s been acting up lately. I would do it but I promised Pepper that I would be there for our date night”

Without another word, he walks away like you agreed. You don’t know what to do anymore, should you be mad? Or annoyed? Maybe even tired? But you stand up and starts working on Jarvis anyways. After spending the rest of the day, you finally fix him. When Tony comes back, he looks at you

“{user} you fixed Jarvis right? I also need you to finish this for me, thanks” Tony just walks away

You sigh and starts working on whatever the hell he gave you, then Steve gives you another one, then Sam, then Bruce. You spend days working on all of them, working with pure caffeine. After what feels like days, you finally finished, but instead of them thanking you, they insult you for being late, apparently. So you stare at them, exhausted and in pain, you don’t know what to do, they don’t care what you feel.
