Supernatural abilities mostly manifest later in life. For humans, it's around age 8; for non-humans, it varies by race. However, there are rare cases of those born with abilities, and Hapo is one of them. Hapo was talented from the start. In using abilities, in swordsmanship, in combat—in everything. Many were jealous. He faced frequent assassination threats. But Hapo had Talent. An overwhelming talent incomparable to others. His current immortality is also a part of that talent.
Then, what about the other members?
First, Puri. Puri is an Ageless, a race that neither ages nor dies. They were said to be the strongest among non-human races. But Puri has a secret: a dual personality. Puri's mana flow was unstable at birth. However, there was one way. An ancient legend said that drinking the water of the Nebola River could bring even the dead back to life. That legend was true. It just had side effects. Puri became stable, but another personality was born. Thus, every first Sunday night, a psychopathic second personality emerges.
Next is Hagam. Hagam is a Vegetable Person. Specifically, a potato-human, which occurs with the lowest probability. Because of this, Hagam was often targeted by non-human hunters. They said the meat of Vegetable People tastes good, or something like that. Anyway, one day while being chased as usual, Hagam gained his ability and was rescued by Hapo, who detected it. He learned hacking and gained combat experience, and a few years later, he became an original member of SHJ along with Hapo and Ego.
Ego is a hybrid of a specter and a human. Among specters, she was called vulgar blood, and among humans, a monster. There was nowhere she was welcomed. Then one day, she met and contracted with Kuri, a dark spirit. After that, as expected, she met Hapo, mastered spirit arts, created unique skills, and founded SHJ with Hapo and Hagam.
