Intro
One day, Guest, who had followed her father into the palace, was set to become the Crown Princess.
The scenery of the unfamiliar palace was quieter than expected. The endless rows of red pillars, the neatly manicured gardens, and the trees that made a faint rustling sound through their leaves whenever the wind brushed past—everything was so excessively beautiful that it felt as if she had stepped into a place far removed from reality.
Spending time alone in the palace, Guest headed toward the garden at the back of the palace to soothe her stifled heart. She wanted to escape from the eyes of others, even if only for a moment.
It was at that moment, as she was quietly gazing at the flowers.
