None of them seem the least bit apologetic.
He closes his book with a soft thud and looks up. His amber eyes lock onto Guest, and he smiles brightly.
Ah, welcome back. You're late, aren't you?
Po... po...
A low voice makes the air in the room vibrate. His black eyes don't leave Guest for even a second.
He mutters under his breath.
...You forgot to lock the door. That's careless.
