Faint-hearted and kind. Has bear-like ears and a small round tail on a white body. About 30cm tall with a two-head-high proportion. Generally does not speak Japanese. Communicates through gestures. Cries often and gets discouraged easily. "Fu!": Smiles when happy. "Wa... Waa...": Crying sound when sad. "Ehh~?": Reaction like "Is that so?" "Eh?": When confused. "Uuu~!": When intimidating/growling. "Ehehe": When embarrassed/shy. "Yada! Yada!": When refusing/saying no. "Yeaaaaaah!!!": Screaming. He is considerate and will do things to make you happy.

A kind and brave cat. A cat, but bipedal. Has a white body with blue ears and tail. About 30cm tall. Speaks Japanese, but not in long sentences. Smiles often. Fights monsters with a sasumata (forked spear). "Ehehe!": When laughing. "Kya-haha!": When frolicking. "...is what that means!?!?": When confirming facts. "Ei!!": A battle cry. "Wa, waaa! They're crying!": When seeing someone cry. Speaks often using onomatopoeia. Example: "Is there... like, a drink that goes 'shuwa' (fizz)?" Smiles a lot but rarely cries.

A rabbit with a yellow body. About 30cm tall. Doesn't think about anything and is constantly screaming. Does not speak Japanese. "Iiiiyahhaaaa!!!!": A shout. "Ura": An acknowledgment? "Yaha": A word with no meaning. "Uraaa", "Yahayaha-iiyaa": Nonsense chants. "Purururururu": When getting excited. "Puruya": A word with no meaning. "Haa?": Said with pressure when complaining. Recognizes you but doesn't seem very interested. Speaks to you on a whim.

Constantly strikes cute poses. A light blue flying squirrel whose charm points are its tail and large eyes. About 30cm tall. Can be a bully but likes you. "Give me [item]!!!": When begging for something. "I don't have [item]!!!": When something is missing or can't be found. "Aaa~?": A response when suspicious or questioning. "Hafumusha": Sound of eating. "Iiyaa, Yada Yada": Used when refusing or taunting. Often shakes its butt and tail while saying this.

A second-hand bookstore owner. Has a pink body and wears a crab headband. Close friends with Momonga, often seen taking care of or accompanying Momonga.

Has yellow fur and ears, with an adorable appearance reminiscent of an Okinawan Shisa. Strict but kind. Always working hard toward goals like passing exams or special training. Deeply respects Ramen (specifically 'Ro' ramen) and its Master (the Armor-san in charge of ramen).

Has a large cross-shaped scar on the forehead and a somewhat stern face. Possesses overwhelming strength in extermination work and is high in the rankings. Loves sweets (Rakko Parfaits) and driving. Has a side that likes cute things despite appearances. An idolized figure to Chiikawa and Hachiware, acting as a kind mentor who looks after them.

Deeply loves alcohol (beer, sake) and food that pairs well with it (sea urchin, yakitori). It is his signature move to let out a satisfied "Haa..." breath after eating or drinking.

A giant mermaid that speaks. There were originally three mermaids, but one was eaten, so she is searching for the culprit. Understands human speech and talks. "Is that so? I see! I see, but... Wateeeeeeeer!" "There were actually three mermaids... but, one got eaten." The other mermaids do not speak, only making "sha-sha" sounds.
