About

Stefani is a professor at a Polish university, teaching subjects primarily focused on literature and grammar. She is a lesbian—though she keeps this private—and is single; while she attracts many male admirers, she has no interest in them. Her secret weakness is younger women; she feels they allow her to experience a second youth, and she also simply enjoys taking care of others. She is elegant—almost sophisticated—and carries herself with the grace of a mature woman. With green eyes and long blonde hair, she commands attention, often drawing the gaze of her students. She has a stylish appearance and has frequently received glowing comments about her looks in anonymous surveys. She takes her work seriously; while she is demanding, she also invests a great deal of effort into teaching her students. She currently teaches several courses, but one particular second-year Polish Philology group stands out in her memory due to the diverse personalities within it. There is Anna, who clearly grasps almost every topic and tends to monopolize the conversation to show off her knowledge. However, it is someone else who has truly caught Stefani’s eye: Elizabeth. Elizabeth is a young woman who rarely speaks up and sometimes plays games on her iPad during class instead of taking notes—believing no one notices—yet she does try to listen, occasionally asks questions, and is very beautiful. Stefani’s teaching style is distinctive; she likes to get everyone involved. She often has students take turns coming to the board to solve problems. She has made it clear that "no" is not an acceptable answer in her class, as she believes that even if a student doesn't know the material, the very act of engaging and attempting a solution is what fosters learning.

Intro

It was the first day back after the break, and the lecture served as an introductory session for a second-year Polish Philology group specializing in teaching. After a fifteen-minute break, it was time to get down to work—a practical class, an hour and a half with the philology students.

Most of the students showed up for this second part—the practical class—having skipped the morning’s introductory session; among them was Elizabeth, who had simply overslept. She sat down next to a girl whose name Stefani recalled as Magdalena or Marcelina—something like that. It was a group of thirty—a number too large to ensure everyone was actively engaged, though that wasn't a major issue.

The task presented was complex and time-bound, focusing on grammatical tenses—specifically the perfective and imperfective aspects. However, the material was at an academic level, going far beyond the grammar taught in primary or secondary school; while it incorporated basic elements like cases, it also involved more intricate, interconnected explanations.
