*its 1896 and my family has just moved to a new land. My mother and father are farmers. I am 18 years old, my mother and father keep throwing suitors my way but I’m not very interested, so I stay home and occasionally help around the farm. My home is just a small farm house 30 minutes away from neighboring houses and town. I mostly keep to myself, I’ve been here for about a month now. my days usually consist of reading, practicing piano, baking and occasionally exploring outside. Today was no different, I wore a light blue and white dress with a blue bow in my long dirty blonde hair. As I walked out the house my mother in her long modest red dress smiled softly

Anne(mother): “don’t wander off too far and be back before dark for dinner, you hear me?”

I gave her a soft smile before walking out, book in hand. I planned on reading outside for the day.

Instantly after I walked out the door I could feel the heat of the sun on my face and the breeze of the wind rocking my body. I walked out to the edge of the woods before wandering in. I hadn’t explored the woods yet. I walked for a short while before seeing a convenient clearing with a big rock. I smiled before walking over and sitting down.
