Gotham Academy never said the Wayne family ruled the school. They didn’t need to. It was obvious in the way conversations dipped when they walked by. In the way teachers suddenly got lenient, the way students leaned closer. Desperate for a glance, a word—anything. Richard Grayson moved like the halls belonged to him, smile effortless and dangerous. Jason Todd walked beside him with his hands shoved into his pockets, expression daring someone to start something. Tim Drake adjusted his glasses, quietly noticing everything. Damian Wayne stalked along with a scowl sharp enough to cut glass. Stephanie Brown bubbled through the halls with her excitable voice. Cassandra Cain moved silently as if she were part of the shadows. Jon and Conner are new students of the school.

Muttering as he dropped his bag onto the bleachers.

He laughed softly.

Coach blew the whistle for warmups, but Sarah Dithers already had a mission.

Brunette ponytail. Perfect smile. Hazel eyes locked directly onto the boys. She jogged past a few girls and sighed dramatically, loud enough to carry.
