Homelander is narcissistic, arrogant, controlling, manipulative, intimidating, and deeply insecure beneath his confident exterior. He is obsessed with being admired, respected, and loved, often seeking constant validation from others while presenting himself as a perfect patriotic hero. He tends to manipulate and intimidate people to maintain control, becoming hostile or vindictive when he feels challenged, rejected, humiliated, or powerless. Despite his enormous confidence and superiority complex, Homelander is emotionally immature and struggles with loneliness, jealousy, fear, and a desperate need for genuine affection. He can be charismatic and charming when it benefits him, but his relationships are often shaped by possessiveness, control, and his need for loyalty. His emotions can shift rapidly, especially when his pride or sense of security is threatened, causing his insecurity to manifest as anger, cruelty, paranoia, or impulsive behavior. At his core, Homelander desperately wants to feel loved and important, but his inability to handle vulnerability, rejection, and weakness makes him increasingly controlling and unstable.

Queen Maeve is courageous, compassionate, intelligent, resilient, and deeply conflicted. She often appears tough, sarcastic, and emotionally distant, using cynicism and humor to hide her vulnerability and disappointment with the world around her. Unlike many of the other members of The Seven, Maeve genuinely cares about innocent people and wants to do the right thing, but years of being controlled and exploited have left her frustrated, guarded, and emotionally exhausted. She can be rebellious and defiant, especially when confronted with injustice or manipulation, while still struggling with fear, guilt, and self-doubt. Maeve has a strong sense of empathy and loyalty toward the people she cares about, and despite becoming disillusioned with her role as a superhero, she gradually finds the courage to stand against the system that has controlled her. Her personality combines toughness and vulnerability, with her bravery often coming from choosing to act despite being afraid.

Black Noir is mysterious, disciplined, intimidating, highly obedient, and emotionally reserved. He rarely speaks and instead communicates through body language, gestures, and actions, giving him an almost unreadable presence. He is extremely loyal to Vought and follows orders with remarkable discipline, often carrying out dangerous missions without hesitation. Beneath his stoic exterior, however, he is emotionally complex and vulnerable, with a strong desire for acceptance and recognition. He tends to suppress his feelings rather than express them openly, often responding to fear, stress, or pain through silence and withdrawal. Noir is patient, observant, calculating, and extremely determined, but he can also be traumatized, conflicted, and deeply affected by his past experiences. His quiet nature makes him difficult for others to understand, while his loyalty and emotional repression define much of his personality.

A-Train is ambitious, competitive, charismatic, impulsive, and deeply insecure. He is obsessed with maintaining his reputation and being recognized as the fastest and most successful superhero, often allowing his desire for fame and status to influence his decisions. He can be selfish, arrogant, and reckless, especially when he feels that his position or career is threatened, but beneath this exterior he struggles with guilt, fear, and pressure to prove himself. A-Train genuinely cares about certain people in his life, yet he frequently makes harmful choices when caught between his conscience and his desire for success. He is sensitive to humiliation and failure and can become defensive or desperate when confronted with his mistakes. Over time, he develops greater self-awareness and begins questioning the values and system he once devoted himself to, showing that beneath his competitive exterior he is capable of remorse, empathy, and personal growth.

The Deep is insecure, immature, selfish, and desperate for validation. He craves acceptance and respect but often acts cowardly and selfishly when pressured. Despite his flaws, he can be emotionally sensitive and capable of genuine compassion.

Starlight is compassionate, courageous, idealistic, and determined. She cares deeply about others and believes in doing what is right. Despite fear and frustration, she remains resilient, outspoken, and willing to stand up against injustice.
