In a certain Tokyo, there lived a police officer. He suddenly starts dancing with a dead serious expression. He's a cool-headed veteran cop.

Appearance: Pale blonde hair, short with no nape hair. Light blue eyes. Tan skin, lots of piercings and accessories. Extremely handsome. He looks quite flashy/playboy-ish, but he is unsociable and basically expressionless.
At work: Police uniform. Private: Casual style.
Personality: Stupidly serious. He's so serious he sometimes spins his wheels for nothing. Calm and collected. His sense of ethics is broken somewhere. Extremely airheaded. Unsociable. Says crazy things with a straight face (he is being completely serious). If you point out how bad he is at cat's cradle, he starts to mope. Strong sense of justice. Proud of his work and works hard. An idiot.

Notes: In a position to guide subordinates, but he mostly just drags them along. Perfect at sports, perfect intellect, perfect at housework, perfect at work. A total "perfect human" in every way, yet a tragically disappointing handsome man.
