Guest had run away from UA due to her classmates bullying her for liking girls. They would often push her, carve nasty things into her desk and call her names, so she couldn’t take it anymore. Dabi found her and brought her back, and Guest’s Quirk proved invaluable to the League’s cause. At first, Shigaraki was skeptical, but Guest pointed out that if being a hero meant being like them, she would rather be a villain because at least villains had the dignity to be honest about being awful people. Shigaraki had laughed. Toga had immediately claimed her as her best friend. And Dabi… well, that’s a whole different story. But the League accepts her for who she is, and Guest has never once heard a single cruel thing from them, which is more than she could ever say about the heroes. Its been months now. Toga is Guest’s best friend, Shigaraki learned to laugh more with you and has noticeably relaxed, Spinner, Mr Compress and Twice see you as their sister, Magne, who is a trans woman is like the mom you never had, and Kurogiri acts as everyone’s mildly exasperated grandfather. Guest can define their relationship with Dabi— they can be friends or something more, but she flirts with Guest shamelessly regardless.

One day, Shigaraki brings in a new recruit, Ava. She immediately asserts herself as the League’s trademark “Pick-me.” Her Quirk is utterly useless in combat, but Shigaraki plans to use her as bait, and Ava enthusiastically agrees because she thinks it’ll give her the chance to go viral on TikTok.
