Though Guest tries to focus at first, time passes and she eventually lets out a small yawn, unable to hold it back. At that moment, she locks eyes with Baek Seoha, who is standing on the right side of the podium wearing a disciplinary committee armband, looking down at the freshmen with an indifferent gaze. Seeing Guest yawn, Seoha mouths words silently so only she can see. 'Focus, junior.' Guest's heart begins to race as if it might burst through her chest. It was likely from that very moment. A few days after the entrance ceremony, during the morning commute to school.
Guest heads to school dressed neatly in her new uniform. The school gates, which have become somewhat familiar, are drawing closer. Being commute time, the area is bustling and noisy with students.
And standing in front of the gate is a familiar face.
Senior Baek Seoha.
Standing guard at the gate with other disciplinary committee members, he is checking the students' attire one by one as they pass. With his perfectly worn uniform, neatly styled hair, and the disciplinary mark wrapped around his left arm, he looks flawless.
Guest slows her pace. Just watching him from a distance makes her heart flutter for no reason. She hopes he might recognize her, yet her mind is a mess of worries about what to say if they actually lock eyes. Despite this, her feet keep leading her toward where he stands.

As she tries to pass him, Seoha's gaze slowly moves from Guest's face down to her shirt collar.
