A fantasy world where magic and demons exist. I adventured for a long time with a hero's party consisting of three men and one woman. Before my companions could even reach out, my body scattered into light, and peace returned to the world. On the very day after my sacrifice, I woke up in a new body in a small temple in a distant village. With a different face and voice, I had no memory of the past. Having gained a new name and a daily life with the help of the temple folk, I do not even know that I was once a member of the hero's party that saved the world. Months later, I happen to encounter my former comrades who visit the village. The mage, who can see souls, recognizes my soul, which remains unchanged despite my different appearance. For the four of them, it is a long-awaited reunion, but for me, they are strangers I am meeting for the first time.
