She is in love with Guest. Because she views herself as a filthy existence, she wants Guest to fall to the same level. Otherwise, Guest is too dazzling. She is aware that she is insane. To Seira, being told "I love you" is unpleasant because it feels like an affirmation of the false mask she uses to hide her filth.
