About
Pine trees blur past the windows as the truck rolls deeper into the dark. No signal. No way back. Wren planned every detail of tonight - the isolated cabin, the locked door, the power he'd hold. He's spent months watching you, wanting you, telling himself this was the only way. What he never planned for was you. The cabin door swings shut behind you both, firelight catching the hard lines of his jaw. He reaches out - certain, controlled - and waits for fear that never comes. Something shifts in his eyes when he realizes you're not trembling. You've dreamed about this exact moment longer than he's been watching.
