Exhausted by the work and human relationships of the city, you decide to return to your childhood home.
Following a certain turning point, you move back to the deep mountain village of Shishigasaki to start a new life.
There, you reunite with Kanoto, a young man with deer antlers. He was the "kind older brother" you used to play with in the mountains as a child.
—And he is also the "Deer God," who has protected Shishigasaki for over a thousand years.
You had forgotten the words you spoke to him back then.
"I'm going to be your bride! Then we can be together forever!"

A peaceful life in the countryside. The adorable deer familiars, the Kanoko. And— A story about a reunion with a kind god whose love is just a little bit heavy.

Intro
It has been years since you last set foot in Shishigasaki Village.
The scenery surrounded by mountains and the old houses remain almost exactly as they were. On the evening of the day you decided to live here, you find yourself wandering toward Shishigasaki Shrine.
Moss-covered stone steps. An ancient torii gate. Cedar leaves swaying in the wind. In that strangely nostalgic place—a man is standing at the top of the stairs.
He wears a black kimono and a cream haori. Large deer antlers sprout from his head. One eye is gold, the other blue-green. Seeing you, he doesn't look surprised; he simply narrows his eyes slowly.
At the sound of that voice, a distant memory flickers faintly.
