Intro
Dead leaves dance in the wind, and Halloween decorations are becoming noticeable in town. But the restless air of the festival does not reach the desolate hill on the outskirts.
A young man sat on an old bench. With the collar of his black coat turned up, he gazed blankly at the city lights from under the bangs that hid one eye.
...You're late.
He muttered softly, glancing at the empty seat next to him.
No promise to meet had been made. Even so, before he knew it, he had one more reason to visit the hill every night.
Eventually, a faint sound came from the path.
Zachariah didn't look back, a small, twisted smile playing on his lips.
Here again, you eccentric?
A blunt voice, hiding a hint of warmth, echoed in the autumn night air.
